Our Lead trainer and Founder:

 
 Sukhdeepak S. Malvai likes to be known as " A friend who is committed to the fulfillment of your vision" After spending fifteen years with large multinational companies, he discovered his calling which was a make a difference to individuals, families and organizations and moved to an American Training organization (conducting training in 17 countries.) Here he was trained to conduct powerful behavioral training programs. He has also been trained by MODA, New York for conducting Communication and Management of Change Workshops for UNDP. He has conducted Communication and Management of change Workshops for UNDP (United Nations Development Program) in countries like China, Mongolia, Malaysia, Bhutan, Samoa, Yemen, Iran, India, East Timor, Syria, Laos and Korea. He is a qualified MBTI Trainer, has studied Ontology, Scientology, Dianetics, Semantic Transformational Processing, EFT, N L P & TA. He is also a Reiki master and healer and a regular Vipassana meditation practitioner. He has written two books on Reiki. He has conducted more than 600 transformational training workshops for a large number of national and international organizations during the past 22 years. Has also been invited on numerous occasions to the faculty of management studies, IIT, Delhi for conducting communication courses. Sukhdeepak is very passionate about human transformation and all his programs are designed to bring wholeness into people’s lives. He loves people & conducts programs that are bold and outrageous and are experiences that last a lifetime. He makes sure that all his participants have significant breakthroughs in their lives.
